SAINT GEORGE CATHOLIC THRIFT STORE

SAINT GEORGE CATHOLIC CHURCH

Please contact the Thrift Store at 435-673-1029 regarding donations, volunteering, or other inquiries.

Goal: The Catholic Thrift Store’s purpose is to generate as much revenue as possible to benefit the Church and serve the community by providing quality used items for sale to the public.

Our thrift store runs well due to the volunteers who donate their time, effort, items, and money. We could not function without the dedication that our volunteers give this program. Our volunteers come from all walks of life, ethnicity, and faiths. We rely on the generosity of the general public and our volunteers who provide donations throughout the year. Our volunteers process the donations and manage the pricing and sales in the store. Thus, the amount of funds we generate for the Church are based on supply and demand.

Voucher Program: This program is for those in need to be provided vouchers which are used in our store for discounted purchases. In times of emergency, the Thrift Store will provide necessary items for individuals and families. People will need to contact a Store Manager to ask for assistance in these cases.

Our store coordinates and works with a large group of other charities in our area. We support and donate items not retained in our store for sale.
